Quality Policy
TQCC is a well established company founded in 1999, offers training and consulting services in quality control of materials and welding technology. TQCC in its NDT Training School has a firm decision to:
i) Provide services in compliance with all relevant documents to which the courses are defined as conforming.
ii) Make any adequate efforts in order to facilitate the trainees’ theoretical and practical training
iii) Make any adequate efforts to satisfy any particular needs of customers in accordance with the quality system and the relevant procedures.
TQCC’s Quality System operates according ISO 9001:2015 designed to meet the accreditation criteria of the British Institute (BINDT) and the Hellenic Society (HSNT) of Non-Destructive Testing, the qualification body and the co-operated companies.
TQCC management and staff is committed to the implementation and continually improvement of this Quality System this includes ensuring adequate recourses in terms of facilities, infrastructure, equipment and personnel.
The management and staff of TQCC shall take any necessary measure and precaution regarding the safety of the trainees and the provided services.
All TQCC staff and tutors are bound to perform according to the requirements deriving from the Quality System.
The Organisation has a Policy of promoting continual improvement and setting of Quality Objectives in line with the framework laid down within ISO 9001:2015 Standard. These objectives will address the risks and opportunities within the Organisation as determined by Top Management.
The Quality System will be monitored, measured, evaluated and enhanced regularly under the Top Management’s ultimate responsibility, with regular reporting and communication of the status and effectiveness at all levels
If any major changes occur in the Approved Training Organisation policy, personnel, documentation, facilities or operating procedure, which may affect the validity of approval the British Institute and the Hellenic Society of Non-Destructive testing, the qualification bodies and the co-operated companies shall be informed, immediately.
